Forest Preserve District and Illinois Department of Natural Resources loan boxes are free to reserve up to 14 days. You need to pick up boxes Wednesday –Friday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. at Forest Preserve District headquarters at 3S580 Naperville Road in Wheaton.
