To Receive Design/Build Proposals to
Contract for a Ground-Mounted Solar Photovoltaic System

A request for proposal will be issued on April 2, 2024, to contract for a Ground Mount Solar Photovoltaic System on the grounds of the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County Headquarters Building located at 3S580 Naperville Road, Wheaton, IL 60189.

The project shall include the design, engineering, installation, and ongoing operation & maintenance of a ground mount solar photovoltaic system with interconnection of the generation equipment to the utility distribution system along with any such improvements or repairs needed at the sites to accommodate any of such improvements. The project shall offset 110% of annual kWh use of 457,971 at the facility.
